'Machination' refers to any robotic or partially robotic species. They usually exist for commercial and personal purposes, however some do live out regular lives and are regarded as great members of society that contribute the most to the workforce.

They all have cultural relations and stigmas amongst each other, usually these spread via internal message boards and shared deep learning data centers.

Calcul-a are designed to crunch numbers efficiently, and are relatively cheap to produce. They can perform basic household tasks such as cleaning and sorting, and they have all of the built in features a smart home assistant would have, though they do not feel emotions they are pre-programmed with dialogue that makes them feel like a sociable person.

Refins are designed to be used in the workforce, being able to sort papers based on high amounts of information and make calls, as well as being able to aid in constructing buildings, or other physically demanding activities. They more often than not are larger than Calvuroids, making it much harder to mistake them as a natural person.

Senzo are a specialized type of robot designed expressly as weapons of war. Some models have technology that allows them to disguise as a regular demihuman, though their complete lack of personality is their easiest tell to find one in a group of people. Of the robots, their natural form is the least human-like.

They are relatively easy to produce, however, most producers have put in limits as to how many they deploy at any one time, some world governments track them down and dismantle them.

Visorons are a type of android that was designed to be used in commercial scenarios. They are expensive to produce, but are the most natural feeling androids available. Some of them do end up escaping and existing their own life, as a result of outdated firmware not being updated. Amongst other Androids they are treated as revered nobles whose knowledge should often be taken as gospel.

Bokkusu are a line of androids created mainly to preform household tasks. They initially started as rather expensive, but after a few generations became something people would treat as a typical household appliance.

Later models began to have more complex personality, learning abilities, and feelings for other androids and demihumans. This evolution is what eventually led to them becoming the leading commercial android, thus becoming extremely common in urban and suburban areas.

Any that escape to the wild or are released to live in the public either try to present themselves as demihumans or try to take full advantage of their capabilities to get ahead in life.

Projematrons are a holographic AI that can function as a friend, companion, or caretaker. They cannot affect the physical world without use of Nanomachines, but each Projematron is personalized and has their own personality, set of emotions, and randomly generated 'life story', none of which the buyer gets a say over.

Projematrons that escape or are released to live on their own often struggle, as they need to find a constant energy supply to keep them alive, so they often try to move in with another person or quickly move to the workforce to try to pay for their own supply sources.

Mofudroids are androids that are considered to feel the most realistic, and are always on the cutting edge of simulating the way a real body feels. As a means of marketing this feature they are often given a cuddly and handsy personality by default, in public settings when talking to people they don't know this is paired with advertising where they can buy an android just like them. They have very minimal personal use, usually ending up just sitting around consuming media or sleeping, a fraction of them end up in low-paying jobs, and only a dozen in total have found any economic mobility.

Kamamatons are androids that are not sold, but are simply produced by an unknown group and sent into the wild.

This type of android learns in the same way any other sentient species would, and thus lives alongside Demihumans. Amongst other androids they are often labelled as the bookworm type, and because of this stigma they end up not working in labor intensive jobs or in the entertainment industry as much as other Machinations.

Mimatons are released into the wild at random just like Kamamatons are.

Mimatons are also capable of learning like Kamamaton, however they have a distinctly different code base and internal structure. Mimatons culturally are treated the same as other wild androids by demihumans, but amongst androids they're usually treated as more mischevious, party-loving extroverts.

Cyborgs are hybrid of flesh and machine, they can exhibit traits such as enhanced mobility, sight, hearing, and brainpower.

Living Battery

Living batteries are hybrids of flesh and machine that are used as means of harvesting energy through biological means.
